Saxtrio! In June 2022 Orfeas Wärdig Tsoukalas, Alfred Lorinius and Kristoffer Rostedt joined forces in a remote cabin in the Swedish woods. These three good friends, that actually never had played together as a trio before, decided to set up some mics and record this maiden voyage rehearsal. In retrospect they found that it sounded pretty awesome (considering they also focused quite a bit on BBQ and beers), revealing an authentic live jazz situation... It's all delicate mixed by legendary sound engineer Åke Linton, who despite of the actual super small "studio" room, was able to make the music sound big and warm. The final mastering touch is made by the great Jonas Kullhammar. Perfect x-mas gift - exceptionally low climate impact!
