The album consists of seven compositions by Holmström who is a renowned Swedish piano player who have played with who’s who of the Nordic and European jazz scene. He has released albums in a wide variety of improvised music from free improv to hard bop and modern jazz and prides himself in openness to all kinds of music and influences.
On this album he is joined by legendary bass player Yasuhito Mori (Japan) who one might recognize from Toots Thielemans band as well as Stan Getz Quartet. The other player is drummer Henrik Wartel who is one of the most experienced jazz drummers in Sweden, known for his work with Eje Thelin, Roland Kejser, Monica Zetterlund and many many more. One might know him as one of the brains behind the jazz club Brötz as well.
The experienced players achieve what Holmström set out to do with this album; Create, through simpleness, a natural, organic and personal sound.
 The idea with the album is simply to tell some stories from everyday life and play with openness, warmth and without over-complicating things for the sake of making complicated music. A nice melody, an organic swing and just having fun playing together.
